Angelos has a well-rounded perspective at the intersection of life sciences and entrepreneurism. He has conducted scientific work in cellular & molecular biology, cancer biology, diabetes and autoimmune disease, and won the best thesis award while earning his MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge.
He also holds a BSc in Biochemistry (1st Class) from Kingston University London and an MSc in Applied Genomics (Distinction) from Imperial College London.
At Selvedge, Angelos conducts research and analysis of the strategic issues, business development trends, regulatory developments and scientific topics which affect the startups that Selvedge follows or has invested in.
He is also responsible for keeping the Selvedge team up to date on a range of deep tech fields, including advanced modality therapeutics, cellular delivery of genetic material and next generation animal health.
